Recreational Program:

 
The recreational program is designed for young girls who love music and to dance.  Ballet, dance, and gymnastics moves are incorporated in this program.  Available as 1 1/2 hour class up to 2 times a week for girls ages 5 and up.
 
 
 
 
Competitive Programs:
 
USAIGC Program: The USAIGC Program  is designed for girls to enhance the Rhythmic Gymnastics competitive experience by offering more immediate and constructive feedback at competitions to encourage self-esteem.  Creativity, expression, and effort will be rewarded. Each gymnast uses skills that suit her strengths and weaknesses.  Ideal for girls just starting in rhythmic gymnastics and would like to train between 4-6 hours per week.
 
 
USAG Program: USA Gymnastics is the National Governing Body for the Sport of Rhythmic Gymnastics. The competition program is designed to produce high level gymnasts to compete eventually at National and International Competitions. This program is for the more involved and serious gymnast and requires a minimum of 9 hours training per week.
